We want you to shop with confidence. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns
We accept return requests within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Request a Return
Contact us via the Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 24–48 hours.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts, or returned after 5 days of delivery are not eligible.

Damaged or Wrong Item?
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
