Terms of Service — RK Deals

Welcome to RK Deals. By accessing or placing an order on rkdeals.shop, you agree to the following terms.

1. General This website is operated by RK Deals. By using our site, you confirm you are of legal age and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Pricing All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Product images are for illustration purposes and may slightly vary from the actual product.

3. Orders By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

4. Payment We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. COD orders require OTP verification before processing.

5. Shipping & Delivery Orders are typically delivered within 6-7 business days across India. Delivery times may vary based on location and other factors outside our control. A shipping fee of ₹19 applies to all orders. Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping.

6. Returns & Refunds Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. For damaged or incorrect items contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

7. Cash on Delivery COD orders that are refused at delivery without valid reason may result in the customer being blocked from future COD purchases on our platform.

8. Intellectual Property All content on rkdeals.shop including logos, images and text is the property of RK Deals and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability RK Deals is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
