Thank you for shopping at RK Deals. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to thousands of pin codes across India. Whether you are in a metro city or a rural area, we strive to bring the best deals right to your doorstep.

2. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Usually takes 5-7 business days for delivery depending on your location.
• Express Shipping (if available): Usually takes 2-4 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather or logistical issues beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number(s). The tracking ID will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

5. Damages & Issues

RK Deals is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately at atharv.r.mahajan4@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6.Payment Modes

COD(Cash on Delivery) in unavailable right now because of some technical issues, but other mode of payments is still accpetable like UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, etc.
